Kevin Sheehan
Kevin is a co-founder of Greatland and along with Phil Dorman is responsible for leadership and day-to-day management of the firm. Prior to founding Greatland, Kevin served in development roles at Boston Properties and practiced as a corporate attorney at Nutter, McClennen & Fish. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Phil Dorman
Phil is a co-founder of Greatland and along with Kevin Sheehan is responsible for leadership and day-to-day management of the firm. Prior to founding Greatland, Phil worked in leasing roles for Oxford Properties Group and Boston Properties, both in Boston, MA. Phil received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Lauren Sullivan
Lauren joined Greatland in 2021 as chief financial officer to oversee all finance, accounting, and general administration of the firm. Prior to joining Greatland, Lauren held senior finance roles at Related Companies and Pembroke, and started her career in audit at Deloitte. Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Georgetown University.
Keegan Mehlhorn
Keegan joined Greatland in 2018 and currently leads acquisitions and other investment activities for the firm. Prior to Greatland, Keegan was an investment sales broker at Cushman & Wakefield in Manhattan. Keegan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College, majoring in both Economics and Mathematics.
Teri Ford
Teri Ford joined Greatland in late 2020 to oversee development activities in Boston for the firm. Prior to Greatland, Teri was a development manager with King Street Properties. Teri holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT an a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Ryan Walsh
Ryan Walsh joined Greatland in 2020 and assists with acquisitions and asset management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from New England College.

Claire Donegan Brown
Claire joined Greatland in 2021 to oversee leasing and asset management for the firm. Prior to joining Greatland, Claire held various leasing and development positions at Boston Properties. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Colby College.

Tori Sabatino
Tori joined Grealtand in 2021 to assist with development related activities at the firm. Prior to joining Greatland, Tori held various project management positions at Gilbane Building Company. Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Natasha Parker
Natasha joined Greatland in 2022 to oversee various accounting related activities at the firm. Prior to joining Greatland, Natasha held accounting positions at The RMR Group and Boston Properties. Natasha holds a degree from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and has studied real estate finance at Boston University.
Kara Must
Kara joined Greatland in 2022 to lead several development projects at the firm. Prior to joining Greatland, Kara held various construction related roles at Boston Properties and Turner Construction. Kara holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
